Tronexus Global Sdn Bhd would like to apologize to all members upon the changes on calling rates without any prior notice.It is a difficult decision that we have to make, but a necessary one in order to cover all on net cost bear by the company.
For members information, the data that we extract proved that only 5% from Tronexus users used more than 250 minutes calls per month but contributed to 80% of the total on-net usage, and every on-net calls will be charged by our network provider (Digi). With the temporary implementation of the on-net free calls cap at 250 minutes/month, we hope to redefy the situation apart from reducing the off-net rate from 20 cents/minute to 18 cents/minute.
Please understand that whatever changes that has been made is for the benefit of both the company and our members. Do take note that this action is only a temporary measures taken by Tronexus Global Sdn Bhd.
Further to this we are also glad to inform our members that tronexus will make a new announcement on the 14th May 2017, where there will be an improved rates to all Tronexus members.
