General Tronexus 365 Tronexus Active

Tronexus 365 is a prepaid plan that give you Free 365 days validity.
Yes. Only applicable to Classic T.A.S.K membership.
Classic T.A.S.K membership required to perform a minimum reload of MYR10 for the activation.
For Basic, Standard and Premium T.A.S.K membership, it will be auto activated.
Tronexus talktime is valid for 365 days.

The active period upon first call is 365 days. If user performs any reload activity, the validity date shall commence from the reload day until 365 days for all denominations (MYR10, MYR 30, MYR 50 and MYR 100). For example, user activates the SIM card on 1st Jan, 2014, the expiry date will be on 31st Dec, 2014. However, if the user reloads on 5th Jan, 2014, the expiry date will be on 4th Jan, 2015.
The expiry details are shown in the following Account Life Cycle chart:

  1. Active period upon first call or reload.
  2. You will receive a SMS reminder SEVEN (7) days prior to the expiry date. You will need to reload in order to stay active.
  3. Your account will be suspended for NINETY (90) days after your talktime validity expires (R1-R2). However you are still able to receive incoming calls, SMS and MMS.
  4. You will receive another SMS reminder SEVEN (7) days prior to account termination. If you fail to reload during this suspended period, your account will be terminated.

Data: 10 cents /MB
It is based on 60 seconds charging block.
First 250 minute Free Calls. Following Subsequent Rate will be 10 cents/minute.
Example: If a subscriber use up all 250 minute Free Talktime, the following call will be charge on 10cents per minute.

Not at the moment, however you can receive international calls and international SMS if you are in Malaysia.
All Tronexus 365 subscribers can enjoy Tronexus Internet packages provided the subscriber is active and have sufficient talktime balance.

  2. Tronexus Weekly Data: Your next renewal will be charged at 11.59PM weekly, in regards to any time of your subscription.
  3. Tronexus Daily Data: Your next renewal will be charged at 11.59PM daily, in regards to any time of your subscription.
The PAYU Internet data connection is part of the service as a default, if you are using any service which requires data connection, you will be charged accordingly as ‘Pay As You Use' of RM0.10/MB, conditions as stated in the Subscriber Terms & Conditions. If you wish to disable this function, you may call our Customer Careline (cs@tronexus.com or call 1-300-800-188) or disable it via your phone settings.
Tronexus Internet speed is based on Tronexus's 4G LTE, 3G, EDGE and/or GPRS Network (whichever applicable).
To enjoy Tronexus Internet, you need to make sure your device is 4G or 3G enabled.
There is no extra charges incurred when your data usage has exceeded.
You will receive SMS notification for the following activities:
  1. Tronexus Internet package is subscribed and/or unsubscribed.
  2. You will be notified on data quota utilization reaches 50%. Speed after 100% will be reduced.
  3. You will be notified on data quota utilization reaches 100%. Speed will be reduced until next renewal.
  4. You will be notified two (2) days before your next renewal date except Tronexus PAYU Data and Tronexus Daily Data.
  5. You will be notified when your package is renewed or charged.
Yes, you can. You have to unsubscribed from current package and re-subscribe it. The renewal date will be calculated from the day you re-subscribe the new package.
Yes, you can surf or browse on your mobile if your subscribed internet package is still active.
No, your subscription will not be auto-terminated. You will be temporary charge for PAYU rate until you have sufficient credit for your renewal.
You can unsubscribe from Tronexus Internet package anytime. However, the unutilized quota will be forfeited.

Yes, you can convert to Tronexus Active Plan and maintain your number. Charges of RM5 applied to change of plan. Login to your member account to proceed with the change or dial 1-300-800-188 and follow the instruction given by the customer service officer. Note that any subscription of internet plan and freebies configured will be forfeited.
If you are a new member enrolled in Tronexus by choosing 365 plan as your first mobile plan, you are allowed to change your plan to Active plan ‘AFTER’ 1 month from the date of joining Tronexus. Charges of RM5 applied to change of plan.

Yes, the receiver can receive the talktime transfer even when the credit balance is RM0. The RM0.25 service charge will be deducted from the talktime transfer amount (eg: RM5 talktime transfer, receiver will get RM4.75).
