Tronexus Active is a new prepaid plan specially designed for 4G internet data plan. All the rate stated in this plan is only eligible to Tronexus Active Plan user only.
Our 4G Coverage is depending on Digi’s 4G Network coverage (service provider of Tronexus).
Enjoy longer validity when you reload higher amount

  1. Active period is upon the sim being activated or by reload validity. If the SIM is activated without any reload, the sim will be active for only 30days.
  2. Your account will be suspended for NINETY (60) days after your talktime validity expires (R1-R2). However you are still able to receive incoming calls, SMS and MMS.
  3. You will receive another SMS reminder prior to account termination. If you fail to reload during this suspended period (R1-R2), your account will be terminated.

  2. Tronexus Active Weekly Data: Your next renewal will be charged at 11.59PM weekly, in regards to any time of your subscription.
  3. Tronexus Active Daily Data: Your next renewal will be charged at 11.59PM daily, in regards to any time of your subscription.
The PAYU Internet data connection is part of the service as a default, if you are using any service which requires data connection, you will be charged accordingly as ‘Pay As You Use’ of RM0.10/MB, conditions as stated in the Subscriber Terms & Conditions. If you wish to disable this function, you may call our Customer Careline (1300 800 188) or disable it via your phone settings.
Tronexus Internet speed is based on Tronexus’s 4G LTE, 3G, EDGE and/or GPRS Network (whichever applicable).
To enjoy Tronexus Internet, you will need to make sure your device is 4G or 3G enabled/supported.
There are no extra charges incurred when your data usage has exceeded the quota.
You will receive SMS notification for the following activities:
  1. Tronexus Internet package is subscribed and/or unsubscribed.
  2. You will be notified on data quota utilization reaches 50%. Speed after 100% will be reduced.
  3. You will be notified on data quota utilization reaches 100%. Speed will be reduced until next renewal.
  4. You will be notified two (2) days before your next renewal date except for Tronexus PAYU Data and Tronexus Daily Data user.
  5. You will be notified when your package is renewed or charged.
Yes, you can. You have to unsubscribed from current package and re-subscribe it. The renewal date will be calculated from the day you re-subscribe the new package.
Yes, you can surf or browse on your mobile if your internet package and SIM is still in active status.
No, your subscription will not be auto-terminated. You will be temporary charge for PAYU rate until you have sufficient credit for your renewal.
You can unsubscribe the internet package anytime. However, the unutilized quota will be forfeited.

Yes, you can convert to Tronexus Active Plan and maintain your number. Charges of RM5 applied to change of plan. Login to your member account to proceed with the change or dial 1300 800 188 and follow the instruction given by the customer service officer. Note that any subscription of internet plan and freebies configured will be forfeited.
If you are a new member enrolled in Tronexus by choosing 365 plan as your first mobile plan, you are allowed to change your plan to Active plan ‘AFTER’ 1 month from the date of joining Tronexus. Charges of RM5 applied to change of plan.
No, you are not allow to switch to Tronexus 365 Plan. Tronexus Prepaid Active subscriber are restricted to change to Tronexus 365 Plan in any manner whatsoever in such situations.

Yes, the receiver can receive the talktime transfer even when the credit balance is RM0. The RM0.25 service charge will be deducted from the talktime transfer amount (eg: RM5 talktime transfer, receiver will get RM4.75).
