It's so easy to get your SIM Change, you can do it yourself!

Follow the simple steps to get your NEW SIM delivered to your doorstep

Step 1:
Login to your Tronexus Member Account

Step 2:
Go to Services > Sim Change

Step 3:
Fill up the required information.

Step 4:
Proceed to checkout. Upon successful payment, you'll receive an email from us.

For Bank Transfer payment, you are STRICTLY required to Bank in your payment to

Step 5:
Wait for your SIM to be delivered to your doorstep

Fill in the new SIM ICCID > Submit
Step 4:
Once your sim is activated, plug-in Your New Tronexus SIM and start enjoying our service
