General

By using the Tronexus Active Plan, Customers acknowledge that they understand the terms and conditions herein as well as the All General Terms and Conditions which stated on Tronexus’s website at www.tronexus.com, and agree to abide by them.

This service is provided on an "as is" basis and Tronexus does not guarantee or warrant that there shall be no problems, defects or errors in the usage provided by this subscription and/or its offers. Tronexus shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the loss incurred directly or indirectly for such failure or any problems associated to the network in any way whatsoever.

Tronexus reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions of Tronexus Active, including but not limited to any feature for this Tronexus Active from time to time without prior notice to the Customers as it deems fit. Continued use of this subscription and/or service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). Customers are advised to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions.


Voice Call, SMS & MMS Usage

Customers acknowledge that they have understand and agree on the rate table offered for Voice, SMS and MMS charges which stated on Tronexus’s website www.tronexus.com.

Tronexus Active Voice, SMS and MMS charges are solely for domestic usage only and it is not valid for international or for Roaming usage outside of Malaysia.

The Voice Call Charging Block for Tronexus Active is 60sec/block.

Tronexus have the absolute right to adjust the charging block, SMS and MMS charges at any time without prior notice or any liability to the Subscriber whatsoever.


TRONEXUS INTERNET PACKAGES

Internet usage refers to Subscriber’s access to the Internet via Tronexus’s LTE, 3G, EDGE and/or GPRS Network (whichever applicable).

Tronexus does not guarantee or warrant the availability of the Internet usage and the Subscriber(s) acknowledges and agrees that the Internet usage is provided on an “as is” basis.

The existing Tronexus Terms & Conditions shall apply and in the event of dispute over Mobile Internet matters, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Tronexus reserves the right to terminate, suspend or block a Customer’s usage of its services for any reason including but not limited for usage for the purpose of Voice Over Internet Protocol, and Messaging services.

Tronexus reserves the right to revise, modify and/or change these terms and conditions at any time at Tronexus sole discretion without providing notice to Subscribers. Continued use of this service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). Subscribers are advised to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions.

Internet Package Subscription

  1. The terms and conditions herein govern the subscription of Mobile Internet plans for Tronexus Prepaid and the use of Mobile Internet.
  2. For the purposes herein, the following definitions shall be applicable:
  3. Term Definition
    Expiry Date Means the last day of the Subscription Period.
    Renewal Date Means the date of renewal of the subscription for the Subscribers.
    Subscriber(s) Means customers who subscribe to Internet Package subscription.
    Subscription Date Means the date of which the Customer subscribed to Internet Package subscription.
    Subscription Fee Means the charges for the Internet Package subscription.
    Subscription Period Means the validity of the subscription once subscribed or renewed thereafter.
    Subscription Renewal Means the renewal of the Subscriber's current subscription.
    Termination Date Means the date of which the Subscriber terminates their Internet Package subscription.
  4. The Subscription Fee for Internet Packages shall be deducted from the Subscribers’ credit balance. However, Tronexus reserves the absolute right and discretion to revise the pricing of Tronexus Internet Packages for any reason whatsoever without the prior consent of the Subscribers. For avoidance of doubt, the Subscribers are not entitled to use the amount available in their FREE Talk time to off-set against their Subscription Fee.
  5. Internet Plan Validity Internet Quota
    Daily RM1 (100MB) 1 day 100MB
    Weekly RM5 (500MB) 7 days 500MB
    Monthly RM10 (2GB) 30 days 2GB
    Monthly RM25 (3GB) 30 days 3GB
  6. The Weekly RM10 (2GB) internet package are offered on promotional basis and Tronexus reserves the right to revise any product offer without any prior communication to and consent of Customers.
  7. The Subscription Period is stipulated as the time from which the Subscriber subscribes to Internet Packages OR have his/her subscription renewed until the earlier of the end of the day that is 11.59pm OR when the next renewal takes place. For the avoidance of doubt, renewal of Tronexus Internet Package subscription is scheduled at 12am. Nonetheless, due to common systems behaviour where processing (in this case Subscription Renewal) is sequential in nature, renewal for all Subscribers shall be in queue OR immediately after 12am if there is usage triggered by the Subscriber.
  8. Upon exceeding the usage quota and within subscription validity, the Subscribers shall not be able to access Internet, or will be throttled to lower speed for subsequent Internet usage, depending on the policy of the Internet subscription. Tronexus reserves its absolute right and discretion to apply the Fair Usage Policy if the Subscriber is suspected to have had abused the Internet usage in whatsoever way.
  9. The Subscription cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
  10. The Subscription is valid for domestic Internet usage only.
  11. The Subscribers’ Subscriptions shall be renewed according to its validity. Tronexus will send an SMS notification upon successful renewal. However, Tronexus does not guarantee the timeliness of the subscription renewal and shall not bear responsibility for any damages incurred directly or indirectly due to a delayed or failed renewal within the stipulated renewal window as stated in this clause.
  12. Failure of renewal may be due to inter alia either insufficient credit in the Subscribers’ main credit balance OR the Subscribers are currently in suspended status due to validity. However, Tronexus shall not bear responsibility for any damages incurred directly or indirectly due to or consequences of failure to send out the sms notification within the stipulated renewal window as stated in this clause.
  13. In the event of a failed renewal due to insufficient credit or suspended status due to validity, Tronexus shall renew such subscription once the Subscribers had made the necessary top up or reload. Any internet usage during failed renewal will revert back to the default Pay-As-You-Use charging rate.
  14. Internet Package subscription is an auto-renewed subscription. THE SUBSCRIBERS MUST TERMINATE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION IF THEY WISH TO DISCONTINUE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION.
  15. The Subscribers can subscribe and unsubscribe to Internet Packages via Tronexus UMB channel (*129*3*1# and follow the instruction), Tronexus self-care account or call in to Tronexus Customer Service (by dialling 1300-800-188).
  16. In the event of early termination prior to the Expiry Date, the Subscribers’ shall immediately revert back to the default Pay-As-You-Use charging rate. In addition, the Subscribers shall not be refunded in any manner on the unused hours prior to the Expiry Date, even if the Subscriber subscribes again thereafter (no pro-rate of the Subscription Fee).
  17. If the Subscribers did not exceed the fair usage quota within their Subscription Period, the Subscribers are not allowed to carry forward the unused quota to the subsequent Subscription Period.
  18. Tronexus shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the Subscriber’s subscription was activated by a 3rd party without their consent. Tronexus shall not refund nor compensate the Subscriber in any manner whatsoever in such situations.


Data Quota Top Up

  1. Purchase of Data Quota Top Up shall be deducted from the Subscribers’ credit balance.
  2. Quota Top Up allows you to purchase additional data on top of your purchased data plan if you wish to continue surfing even after you have exhausted your data quota before the end of your billing cycle.
  3. The entire unused quota will be forfeited upon un-subscription of the mobile data package or according to the specific expiry date at the point of purchase.
  4. All internet quota is applicable for domestic usage only. Data roaming charges shall be charged separately according to the data roaming charges.

This service is provided on an as is basis and Tronexus does not guarantee or warrant that there shall be no problem, defect or is error free in the Internet access or usage provided by this subscription. Tronexus shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the loss incurred directly or indirectly for such failure or any problems associated to the network in any way whatsoever. Tronexus Internet Packages is optimised for Internet browsing on the mobile phone and it is not intended for peer-to-peer or file sharing applications. Tronexus reserves its absolute right and discretion to apply the Fair Usage Policy if the Subscriber is suspected to have had abused the Internet usage in whatsoever way including exceeding the base quota.

By subscribing to Tronexus Internet Packages, the Subscribers acknowledge that they understand the terms & conditions herein and agree to abide by it.


Tronexus Value Passes Plan

  1. Tronexus Value Passes is an additional Bundle packages which can be purchased separately. The fee for any Value Passes Plan shall be deducted from the Subscribers' credit balance. However, Tronexus reserves the absolute right and discretion to revise the pricing of any Value Passes Plans for any reason whatsoever without the consent of and notice to the Subscribers.
  2. The Tronexus Value Passes is available to Tronexus Active customers only and the Tronexus Value Passes can only be purchased through UMB channel (i.e. by dialling *129*3*2#) or Tronexus self-care account.
  3. Subscriber are allowed to purchase more than one value passes plan in a month. Offering will be combined and the validity shall be subjected to the plan subscribed with the longest validity.

  6. Tronexus reserves the right to modify, amend, change, remove, suspend or cancel any plan from the eligible plans as specified in the table above without any prior notice and consent of the Subscribers.
  7. For the offered voice call, the subscriber could make voice calls to both on-net and off-net numbers, i.e. Tronexus to Tronexus calls or calls to other mobile operators. Voice call maximum capped at 480 minutes. Dial *129*1*5# to check voice balance.
  8. The validity period of each Value Passes is stated as per the table above and shall commence upon the successful transaction.
  9. All Value Passes Plans purchased are NOT auto-renewal subscription. VALUE PASSES PLAN(S) WILL BE TERMINATED ONCE THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF EACH SUBSCRIPTION ENDED.
  10. The Value Passes Plan(s) cannot be transferred to any other mobile number. All Internet quota is applicable for domestic usage only.
  11. The following sub-paragraphs shall apply to VALUE PASSES – FREE INTERNET QUOTA only.
    1. All Free Internet includes but not limited to the 'FREE Internet ' are subject to Tronexus's Free Internet fair usage policy fully determined by Tronexus.
    2. The Free Internet quota granted herein is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other Subscriber's prepaid account.
    3. The Subscriber must remain Tronexus account in Active status in order to use Free Internet.
    4. iv. Internet usage refers to Subscriber's access to the Internet via Tronexus's LTE, 3G, EDGE and/or GPRS Network (whichever applicable).
    5. No carrying forward of the unutilized quota of Free Internet is allowed.
    6. Upon 100% utilized Free Internet quota and within subscription validity, the Subscribers shall be charge back to the default Pay-As-You-Use charging rate. Dial *129*3*3*1# to check internet balance.
    7. The Free Internet can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia only.
    8. Any existing Tronexus Internet Packages' Terms & Conditions shall apply to supplement any terms and conditions wherein lacking herein.
    9. Tronexus reserves the sole and absolute right to cease, alter or suspend the provision of the Free Internet usage at any time without prior notice based on its sole and absolute discretion. In view thereof and for the avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by Tronexus does not entitle the Subscribers to any claims and/or compensation against Tronexus (whether in cash or in kind) for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Subscribers as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension thereof.
    10. By subscription on the Value Passes, the Subscribers acknowledge that they understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to abide by it at all times.

  12. Each Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all other terms and conditions stipulated on the General Tronexus Prepaid service and/or the Tronexus Prepaid Active plan will apply.
  13. Tronexus shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the purchase of any Value Passes Plans is activated by a third party without his/her consent. Tronexus shall not refund nor compensate the Subscriber in any manner whatsoever in such situations.
  14. The Value Passes Plans are provided on an "as is" basis and Tronexus does not guarantee or warrant that there shall be no problems, defects or errors in the usage provided by this subscription and/or its offers. Tronexus shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the loss incurred directly or indirectly for such failure or any problems associated to the network in any way whatsoever.
  15. By subscribing to any Value Passes Plans, the subscribers acknowledge that they understand the terms and conditions herein as well as the General Terms, including but not limited to Privacy Statement which are available on Tronexus’s website at www.tronexus.com and agree to abide by them.
  16. Tronexus reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions of Value Passes Plans, including but not limited to any feature for this Value Passes Plans from time to time without prior notice to the Subscriber as it deems fit. Continued use of any Value Passes Plans and/or service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). The Subscribers are advised to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions.

Talk time credit validity will be depending on the reload denomination stated on the above table.

Subscriber are allowed to extend the talk time credit validity to 365days by paying RM28.

Reload can be purchased through Tronexus online system, reload coupons, reload PIN (e.g. 7-11 PIN) and dealers.

You will be notified via SMS on the amount reload and new credit validity period upon successful reload.

Tronexus will not be liable for any loss or damage due to reloading errors caused by the user of any type of reload.

Tronexus reserves the right to forfeit any remaining talk time credit after the expiry of the respective validity periods.

Reload coupons which have passed the expiry date imprinted on them will not be usable and/or returnable.

Reloads are not refundable. Any value that has been reloaded is not transferable or refundable.

Any reload performed using any of the alternate reload channels or via any other channel which may be added from time to time will be subjected to their own respective terms and conditions that are not governed by Tronexus.


International Direct Dial (IDD)

Customers acknowledge that they have understand and agree on the rate table offered for the IDD charges for each country stated at Tronexus’s website www.tronexus.com.

IDD Call are solely for domestic usage only and it is not valid for international or for Roaming usage outside of Malaysia.

The IDD Call Charging Block for Tronexus Active is 30sec/block. Tronexus have the absolute right to adjust the charging block at any time without prior notice or any liability to the Subscriber whatsoever.


Switch Plan

Subject to Tronexus’s approval, an existing Tronexus 365 Subscriber can change to Tronexus Active Plan to enjoy greater savings. The Subscriber is not allowed to move back to their old plan after such change. Charges of RM5 applied to change of plan.

To upgrade to Tronexus Active Plan, the Customer is required login to Tronexus Member Account to switch your Plan.

Subject to condition, ‘Newly joined’ Tronexus 365 subscriber are not allowed to change his/her plan within one (1) month from the date of joining Tronexus.

Tronexus Prepaid Active subscriber are restricted to change to Tronexus 365 Plan in any manner whatsoever in such situations.

In the event a Subscriber chooses to change his/her existing plan, any existing freebies shall be forfeited and a Subscriber is not entitled to any form of compensation for such forfeiture.

All other supervening terms and conditions stipulated on the General Tronexus will apply as amended from time to time and where applicable.

Tronexus shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the Subscriber's subscription was activated by a third party without his/her consent. Tronexus shall not refund nor compensate the Subscriber in any manner whatsoever in such situations.
