How to register your downline with new mobile number?

To register a new network, you will need to purchase member id.

  1. Go to "Stock", choose "Purchase SIM".
  2. Select "Member ID (new mobile no.)".
  3. Select your preferred membership type.
  4. Search for your preferred member id or random listing. Select by click "Add" or remove by click the "cross" icon beside the member id. A total amount will be display.
  5. Select your preferred shipping method.
  6. If "Courier" is selected, fill in all the details below for your delivery address.
  7. If "Self Pickup" is selected, pickup instruction will be shown.
  8. Select your preferred payment type.
  9. If "Online Payment" is selected, click "Submit" to proceed to the payment gateway and complete the transaction.
  10. If "Bank Transfer" is selected, fill in all the details below and attached with prove of payment and click "Submit".
  11. If "Bonus Points" is selected, click "Submit" to complete the transaction.
  12. Once payment success, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Next, you will need to proceed to register your new downline with this newly purchased mobile number.

  1. Go to "Network", choose "Add Member".
  2. Select "New mobile no. as Member ID".
  3. Key in the mobile no. and the corresponding activation code that you've purchased.
  4. Fill in all the details below for your new downline:
  5. Key in a temporary password for your new downline. This password will be used by your new downline to perform first time login verification to their own Tronexus Member account later.
  6. Ensure you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and click "Submit".

    Next, your new downline will need to login to his/her own account, and perform "First Time Login" verification. Further details please refer HERE.

How to register your downline with their existing mobile number (MNP)?

To register a member with existing mobile number, you will need to purchase blank sim.

  1. Go to "Stock", choose "Purchase SIM".
  2. Select "Blank SIM (existing mobile no. for port in)".
  3. Select your preferred quantity to purchase for blank sim.
  4. Select your preferred shipping method.
  5. If "Courier" is selected, fill in all the details below for your delivery address.
  6. If "Self Pickup" is selected, pickup instruction will be shown.
  7. Select your preferred payment type.
  8. If "Online Payment" is selected, click "Submit" to proceed to the payment gateway and complete the transaction.
  9. If "Bank Transfer" is selected, fill in all the details below and attached with prove of payment and click "Submit".
  10. If "Bonus Points" is selected, click "Submit" to complete the transaction.
  11. Once payment success, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Next, you will need to proceed to register your new downline with this newly purchased blank SIM.

  1. Go to "Network", choose "Add Member".
  2. Select "Keep his/her existing mobile no. as Member ID".
  3. Key in all the details shown as below correctly:
  4. Fill in all the details below for your new downline:
  5. Key in a temporary password for your new downline. This password will be used by your new downline to perform first time login verification to their own Tronexus Member account, once he/she has switched to Tronexus successfully later.
  6. Ensure you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and click "Submit".

    Once your new downline has received the blank SIM card, he/she will need to perform the "Port In Verification". Further details please refer HERE.

    Once your new downline has switched to Tronexus successfully (he/she will be notified by SMS, and also an email notification), he/she will need to purchase our Tronexus membership. Further details please refer HERE.

    Once your new downline has purchased membership successfully, he/she can now login to the Tronexus Member account to perform "First Time Login". Further details please refer HERE.

How to perform your "First Time Login" verification?

  1. Go to Tronexus Member Login.
  2. Key in your mobile number, and your password, and click "Sign In". In case you've forgotten your password, please refer HERE.
  3. Please change your current password:
  4. You will see all your existing personal details, and please attach your IC/Passport (if required):
  5. Please check and update your contact information. Please provide a valid and accessible email for payment status notification and password recovery.
  6. Key in your correct bank details - bank name and your bank account number. If the details are incorrect, it will delay the account approval and withdrawal.
  7. Ensure you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and click "Submit".

    You are now able to maintain your new Tronexus Member account, and proceed to expand your network!

How to refer Tronexus to my friends?

Now you can refer Tronexus to your friends to become your downline by following the steps below.

  1. Select "Network", followed by "Manage Network".
  2. Select "Refer Friends".
  3. You may copy the URL and send to your friends, or key in their email address. We will send the relevant URL to them via email!

By accessing the URL, your friend now will become your downline by performing self registration! Further details please refer HERE.

How to do Self-Registration (Purchase new mobile number as Member ID)?

Go to the Self Registration page.

  1. If you access this URL which your friend shared to you, the "Referral Member ID" will belongs to your friend and is uneditable. Alternatively, you may key in your referral's mobile number by yourself.
  2. Choose "Purchase new mobile no. as Member ID", and click "Submit".
  3. Ensure this is your correct referral's full name:
  4. Choose your preferred membership:
  5. Choose your desired mobile number either by using "Random" or "Search" method, and you will see the amount which you have to pay later:
  6. Fill in all your personal details, with valid IC/Passport attachment, and also a valid and accessible email address:
  7. Choose your preferred delivery method to receive your SIM card:
  8. If you would like to receive your SIM card through courier, fill in your delivery address correctly:
  9. If you would like to pick up your SIM card by yourself, we've provided you the map. Kindly bring along your Sales Order Confirmation letter and your IC/Passport for verification purpose:
  10. Key in your password, which will be your first time login password after your member account created successfully.
  11. Ensure you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and click "Submit".
  12. You will be brought to our online payment gateway to make payment online.
  13. Once the payment is done successfully, you will see the page below, and also receive an email with your payment details:

Your Tronexus Member account is created successfully! Please proceed to login your account, and perform "First Time Login" verification. Further details please refer HERE.

How to do Self-Registration (Keep their existing mobile number as Member ID) (MNP)?

Go to the Self Registration page.

  1. If you access this URL which your friend shared to you, the "Referral Member ID" will belongs to your friend and is uneditable. Alternatively, you may key in your referral's mobile number by yourself.
  2. Choose "Keep your existing mobile no. as Member ID", and click "Submit".
  3. Select your current Telco service provider, and key in your mobile number, which you would like to switch to Tronexus:

Once you have received the blank SIM card, you will need to perform the "Port In Verification". Further details please refer HERE.

Once you have switched to Tronexus successfully (you will be notified by SMS, and also an email notification), you will need to purchase our Tronexus membership. Further details please refer HERE.

Once you have purchased membership successfully, you can now login to the Tronexus Member account to perform "First Time Login". Further details please refer HERE.

How to do "Port In Verification" after I've received blank SIM card?

Once you've received your blank SIM card, go to the Port In Verification page.

  1. Fill in your mobile number which you request to switch to Tronexus, and also the "Activation Code" which you can find on your blank SIM card.
  2. Once submit, we will submit your port in request, and it will take 1 - 10 days to process.
  3. If your request to switch to Tronexus is success, you will be notified by SMS and also an email notification.

How to purchase membership after I've switched to Tronexus successfully?

Once your request to switch to Tronexus is success, you will be notified by SMS and also an email notification.

  1. From the email, click the URL below:
  2. *In case you've not receive any email notification, kindly contact our customer service to obtain further assitance.

  3. Select your desired membership, and click "Submit":
  4. You will be brought to our online payment gateway to make payment online.
  5. Once the payment is done successfully, you will receive an email with your payment details.

Your Tronexus Member account is created successfully! Please proceed to login your account, and perform "First Time Login" verification. Further details please refer HERE.

How to purchase reload credit?

Purchased reload credit can be store in your current account and use to grant reload to mobile no. by deducting the credit.

  1. Go to "Stock", choose "Purchase Reload Credit".
  2. Key in your preferred credit amount to be purchased. A total amount will be shown.
  3. Select your preferred payment type.
  4. If "Online Payment" is selected, click "Submit" to proceed to the payment gateway and complete the transaction.
  5. If "Bank Transfer" is selected, fill in all the details below and attached with prove of payment and click "Submit".
  6. If "Bonus Points" is selected, click "Submit" to complete the transaction.
  7. Once payment success, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Reload

  • Reload can be purchased through Tronexus online system, reload coupons, reload PIN (e.g. 7-11 PIN) and dealers.
  • The date of credit validity will be effective upon the date of your reload. Your SIM Card validity will be extended to 365days on the date of successful reload.
  • You will be notified via SMS on the amount reload and new credit validity period upon successful reload. All reload amount quoted is inclusive of 6% GST.
  • Tronexus will not be liable for any loss or damage due to reloading errors caused by the user of any type of reload.
  • Tronexus reserves the right to forfeit any remaining talktime credit after the expiry of the respective validity periods.
  • Reload coupons which have passed the expiry date imprinted on them will not be usable and/or returnable.
  • Reloads are not refundable. Any value that has been reloaded is not transferable or refundable.
  • Any reload performed using any of the alternate reload channels or via any other channel which may be added from time to time will be subjected to their own respective terms and conditions that are not governed by Tronexus.

How to withdraw from your Bonus Point?

  1. Select "Wallet", and select "Manage Withdrawal"
  2. Click "Add":
  3. Ensure your bank details are correct. Key in the amount (minimum MYR 5.00) that you would like to withdraw from your Bonus Point, and click "Submit":
  4. Our admin will require 3 working days to proceed to process your withdrawal request.

How to check your order status?

  1. Choose "Order".
  2. You can view your order details and invoice here. Invoice only available when payment is success. Click "Search" to filter your order transaction.
  3. You can search your order by status and date range. Next, click "Submit".

Pending: This order is pending for admin approval on payment verification.

Success: This order has been approved by admin.

How to manage the SIM you have purchased?

You can manage your purchased SIM here.

  1. Go to "Stock", choose "Manage SIM Status".
  2. You can view the Member ID that you have purchased and the corresponding activation code. Member ID in payment pending will not be shown here. Click "Search" to search for member id. You can export your list of member id.
  3. You can search your purchased member id by member id and status. Next, click "Submit".

Is Used: If "Yes", Member ID is used to register a network.

Next, you can manage your purchased Blank SIM here.

  1. Go to "Stock", choose "Manage Blank SIM Status".
  2. You can view the Blank SIM that you have purchased and the corresponding activation code. If Blank SIM is assign to register for downline, downline member id will be shown. Blank SIM in payment pending will not be shown here. Click "Search" to search for member id. You can export your list of member id.
  3. You can search your purchased blank SIM by iccid and status. Next, click "Submit".

Used: Blank SIM is used to register a downline.

New: Blank SIM is not used yet.

How to check your own account status?

  1. On your "Dashboard", the status will be shown under "Details":
  2. Check your status, if it is written:
  3. Approved: You are required to make a 1st call

    Active: Your sim card is activated and you will have a balance of MYR3.00. After 30 minutes to 1 hour, MYR 47.00 will be credited into your sim card.

How to reset my password?

  1. Select "Forgot Your Password" on login page:
  2. Key in your Member ID, and click "Submit":
  3. Your new password will be sent to you via email. Please change your password immediately once you've login successfully with the new password.
